Any publicly or privately owned generator, processor, or land applier located in the MBA region.

Any other private entity that holds a National Pollution Discharge Elimination System permit located in the MBA region.

Any consulting or commercial firm (not in Generator/Processor or Other NPDES Permittee category).

Any agricultural or environmental organization.

Any person whose employer is not a Generator/Processor Member, Other NPDES Permittee Member, Business Member, or Alliance Member

An Affiliate member shall be any academic, regulatory, organization, or governmental agency

Membership Categories

Generator/Processor Member: Any publicly or privately owned generator, processor, or land applier in the MBA region. Dues are based on annual Dry Tons.
Other NPDES Permittee: Any other private entity that holds a National Pollution Discharge Elimination System permit located in the MBA region.
Business Member: Any consulting or commercial firm (not in Generator/Processor or Other NPDES Permittee category) . Dues are based on the number of employees.
Alliance Member: Any agricultural or environmental organization.
Individual Member: Any person whose employer is not a Generator/Processor Member, Other NPDES Permittee Member, Business Member, or Alliance Member
Affiliate Member: Any regulatory organization, academic institution, or governmental agency
